Used Teardrops

I must say.....I picked up a set of used Teardrops two days ago with BRAND NEW
RUBBER, for $200.  Minor curbage on them, and one SUPER MINOR pothole ding.
The tires are Kumho Super Touring tires.....195/60R 14.  They look nice!!  I
thought that was a great deal for the wheels!  Any opinions??  Just thought
I'd add my experience with purchasing used Teardrops.
