[Non roc][scanner problems]

Anybody know something, or better yet, alot about scanners please e-mail
me privately. Im having problems scanning pics of my car! The blue comes
out blackish no matter what I change and rescan. 
Scanner is a "Scanport SQ4800 FWIW.
