Don't hold your breath man.  The ONLY shop i have ever seen selling the euro
intake manifold in North America is Ron's Parts in Vancouver.............for
a measly $750 US, and they hardly ever get one in, but you can phone up Andy
and get your name on a litst so they'll phone you as soon as they get one
in.  Not saying they are the only shop that has ever had them, but i looked
for over a year to get one, didn't find one until this year, and that was
direct from Germany.
    As for getting one from a golf, they are pretty rare too, and i think
you'd have to pay about $500 or so for one (based on the prices i've seen),
again, has to be brought over from europe.  The good thing about this is
that they have them in the UK (unlike the roc manifold), so you can pick up
the latest copy of PVW or something and leaf through the back and phone all
the wreckers you can.
