Actually if you want to see some beautiful H&T work, you got to
watch/tape the NASCAR Sears Point race. They always seem to put a camera
in Ricky Rudd's car (#10) pointed down at his feet. he does a masterful
job and to me, is more interesting to watch than some of the racing.
Its very awkward and not a very natural thing to do with ones foot.
That's why I practice doing it so much. It wont just come to me when im
on the autox course and even still, sometimes im so busy driving and
looking ahead that I forget to H&T and just do a raw downshift. (That's
when I realize I forgot.) This is why I feel that freeway offramps are
such good places to practice this because you get to backrow 4 gears and
if you brake late enough, your kinda busy which simulates racing which is
what im trying to do here to begin with.  :)
