You can use the rear brakes from the Jetta, just remember to swap sides with
the calipers or your e-brake assembly will be upside down.

You can't use the master cylinder, it won't fit your booster. You can't use
the Jetta booster because it doesn't have an adjustable clevis to attach it
to the brake pedal. You can make custom linkage but it sucks to have to do
this. (speaking from personal experience here). I finally resorted to
buying a used 16V Scirocco unit from wrecker for $75. oh, and the Jetta M/C
is only 20mm while the Roc is 22.....much better if you go with the 10.1 up
front.

You will also need the 16V scirocco proportioning valves if you do front and
rear big brakes. Some people may say no but they don't know jack about
MkI's :-)

Wiring up the CIS-E is pretty easy....e-mail me privately for instructions
on how to do this. The FAQ for the list isn't done yet. You can use your
existing fuel pump and accumulator with no trouble. The problem will come
is you want to use the Jetta intake. then you will have to do a little cut
and paste work with the fuel lines to make it all fit on the passenger side
of the car.
