2.0L "tall block" 16v???



I saw this on the "parts" section of scirocco.org. Can anybody explain more
about this? Is is actually different from the "typical" 2.0L bubble-block I
usually hear about from Jettas and Passats? Is it Motronic, or something
else? If it is essentially a stroked 1.8, does that mean it can be bored out
to 2.2 or 2.3 (considering that a 1.8 can be bored-out to just under 2.0)?
What are the stock performance figures?

In case you haven't guessed, any information you could offer would be good.
I've never heard of this "European 16v" variant. I thought they just had
different intakes and cams to make a little more HP.

2.0L "tall block" 16v complete(A3 type bottom end like the European 16v)
More torque, more power and smoother. Complete w/ all accessories, wiring
harness and ECU.
