[lighting] H4s

	I just got a new copy of the JC Whitney catalog and they list rect.
4"x6" H4s for $19.99. Anyone have any experience with these? I'm sure Hella
units would be better but how much do they cost (and where can I get them)?
Anyone ever have trouble returning stuff to JC Whitney? Maybe I'll order
one unit to see what they're like...
