Apex springs

I'd like to know your collective impressions/opinions on Apex springs. 
You see, I can buy a set of 4 with Boge Progas struts/shocks barely used
for $200 CDN and I'm thinking this is a good deal.  I just want to make
sure the Apex springs aren't garbage like the Hor springs.  A few short
comments would be good, I just don't want to have a 2 week discussion on
this cuz I would be buying them tomorrow.
