Up to 1994ish, the 2L 16v was the only bubble block from VW. The
Golf/Jetta from 1990 until 1992, the Passat from 1990 until 1994
(1995 on this _maybe_).  US only naturally.

However, Audi was putting 2L bubble blocks into their cars in
the 80's, coincindently, I think the engines were also in the Audi
80's...if you catch my drift. :-)

Later on, the A3's got 2L bubble blocks, but I think you already knew
that.
