wow.  I have the SAME exact problem.  My 2nd gear grinds when its cold.


The answer to this is usually Redline MTL...   it will simply amaze you (if
you don't already use it)

I had a Sportruck that a little old lady (honest!) drove around in town it's
whole life and it was impossible to downshift into either 2nd or 1st without
double clutching, and upshifting into 2nd was difficult.  I put some Redline
in, and it was like brand new, never heard gears clashing again.
