Questions to help narrow the diagnosis-

How is the water temp gauge doing when the oil is so high?

Is the radiator and cooling system holding pressure? Is there a small
leak (poss. only when the car is up to temp.) This will keep it from
doing a good cooling job. Replacing the Rad./Exp. tank cap may do a
world of good. Check the hose to metal connections for crusty deposits-
tell tale sign of coolant leakage.

What is the oil used? What grade?

How is the timing set?

Air Leak or improper air/fuel ratio setting could lead to running Lean,
not good.

When was the last time the coolant was replaced? At what ratio to water?
Has it been back flushed any time recently?

Under what conditions and how fast does the oil get to 150c?

Does the Fan come on?
