Um...no. The inner lenses are dedicated high-beams. Low-beams are the low
filament in teh H4, while high-beams are the high-beam filament in the H4
AND the H1/H3 in the other lens. If you notice, the beam pattern for the
inner lenses is very high and widely dispersed. Definitely not driving
lights!

In case the above discussion doesn't answer this, you want both the inner
and outer lenses lit with the high-beams.

Check out the tech article on www.scirocco.org. That's what I used to wire
my lights.
