Uh no, anti-freeze isn't hydroscopic, but brake fluid is. Bad idea.
I've seen people use all KINDS of shit. I think my favorite was
this guy that filled them with heated white lithium grease. Very
amusing trying to get the inserts back out. Personally I use
heavy weight oil or tranny fluid if available. won't rust it, might
damp some.
