To check your O2 sensor you have to disconnect it and attach a multimeter 
between ground and the pos. lead goes to the O2 sensor leadand observe 
voltage fluctuation and if there is nonethen your O2 sensor is junk. BTW set 
the multimeter to its lowest setting on voltage.
  The "buzzing" is coming from your idle stabilizer valve and that is 
perfectly normal. HTH
