[mk2] Were 16v's the only ones with stock FUBA?

	I saw an ad for an '87 Sciroccco and called, but the owner doesn't
know if the car is a 16v or not. (!) I told him to look at the engine and
for the 16v badge on the glove box before I call back. Then later it hit
me, if 16v's were the only ones that came with the roof antenna, he should
have no trouble identifying that. So, experts, what's the word on my
identification scheme?
