Power Windows

I want to add power windows to my car, but I don't want to have the handles
still there.  I was going to take the handles off and put small tweeters
over the holes, but I don't think that is going to work because of the
shaft that sticks out.  Has anyone added power windows to their car?  How
did you cover the shafts?
