No Subject



You just need to know where on the H4 connector, the ground, low and high 
prongs are. Here's a thought to help you: The reason both high and low 
are on when lows are on is that the ground is on the wrong prong. (see 
attempted pic below). Swap the high and the ground. If only the lows 
come on, you did it right, if only the highs, then swap the high and low 
and you should be set.

NOTE:  I don't think this is the right geometry, but you can use the 
general idea to help you solve your problem.  Also you might not 
actually have yours this way,but it sounds like it (the left side).

So what's happening is that when low is on, the current flows through the 
high beam filament also in order to get to ground.
