Annoying rattling rear wiper

Anyone found a way to tighten down the rear rocco wiper so that it 
doesn't jump when the bass hits? This is the only thing on my car that 
rattles (I have a damn good ear!) and I've tried everything from bending 
it against the glass, to taking it right off (which works wonders, but 
it rains a lot here in Victoria BC), to trying a tighter spring. 

Anyone have this small but annoying problem?
