what is.....this.....  "korn" you speak of.....  a new synthetic
vegetable of sorts?

as for me, i prefer to listen to my bloody valentine, the swirlies,
spiritualized, spacemen 3, yo la tengo, etc....  probably not as weird
as "korn", though....

i'll agree with you 100%.  mine never came with one either, so i got a
piece of plywood and carpeted it, put two 6X9's in it and they are
PLENTY loud and bassy.  but when i have to lift the plywood up to haul
something, i get NO bass at all.
