SV: US vs. EURO 1.8 16V (123hp/139hp)?????

The early europeans came at 139hp, the later with cat only got
129hp.

But differences on the early:

no cat on euro, different ignition with vaccum advance
different camshafts
Big chance there are differences in the fuelhead and airmeter
