Heated seats? how to

Since most of our cars have that little wire dangling from the seats that
weren't connected to a switch at the dealership,  how would l go about
connecting it so that l could enjoy the lxury of a warm buttox. ls ther a
switch l could use to control the temp also, l know the cars so equiped had a
wheel switch by the shift boot...
Any help would be appreciated!
