	My only quick thought would be to watch thr routing of that RCA
cable.  If there is extra, don't coil it, it becomes an antenna.  And,
never underestimate the importance of a good shielded RCA.  Ok, nothing
worth while, just a few thoughts.  Sounds to not be power related since
you can plug in that portable ok.  Unless the radio itself is doing it.
May try an isolator from radio shack on the amp.

	As for the questions...  You should never really run an amp of the
same wires as the radio, or really on any stock wiring for that matter.
However, since that amp is so small, it should not really matter.  I would
be surprised if it fixed it though.  And the power antenna lead, I don't
really know.  I do know that they put out very little current.  And I have
blown them before by overloading that lead.  SO, be careful.  That's it,
have fun.  So much work just to have a few tunes...
