Here's my 2 cents: Put the 6.5" woofers low in the doors.  Put the 5.25"
components in the kick panel.  Either leave the coaxes out altogether or
put them in the side panels on either side of the rear seats, using a
low-pass crossover set at 1khz or so.  I don't really think you're going to
need all those drivers... and they don't go together too well anyway.

What you might want to try, then, is putting the coaxes in the kickpanels,
the 5.25" woofers in the doors, and the tweets in the dash, firing up into
the glass.  Imaging will be a little weird in terms of depth but you'll
still have a decent stage height (and it'll be BRIGHT).  Stick the woofers
in the rear for fill.  Or you could stick them in the doors too.

No matter what you do with that many speakers, I have a feeling you're
going to need at least a 1/3 octave EQ.  :)
