Re: EIP's new 16v turbo... (fwd)



>From reading posts on rec.autos.vw.watercooled, and seeing what people have
to say about the quality of EIPs work and hearing about their support and
customer service, you couldn't pay me to bolt anything of theirs on my car.
Besides, a 300-400hp 16V Scirocco would be good for only one thing: drag
racing against blown Civics.  The extra weight on the front end would make
the car even more nose heavy, it would be undriveable in the wet, and torque
steer would make it unsuited for any sort of spirited cornering.
As always, my opinions are my own.
