I called my local vw dealer about recalls on my rocco. They where less than
helpful. I then called vw customer service (1-800-822-8987) they ran my vin #
and told me that my gas tank was replaced at the dealer I originally talked
to.. Given some of the stories I've heard about some vw dealers I'd rather ask
vw myself on these kind of questions.. HTH
