With their press they can just press out the new one and put it in the right
way!!!

Go back and politely ask them to do it the right way...just because they did
it for free doesn't mean that you can't expect quality work.  From a
customer service standpoint, free or not, they need to make it right for
you.  You are the victim...er..customer

BTW how do you know it's upside down???
