This is a known design problem....then control pressure regulator (mounted
to the engine block, 2 fuel lines and one connector on it) gets "heat
soaked"....basically is sits there and soaks up the heat from the
block...so when you go to start it again, the regulator thinks the engine
is real hot and tries to lean it out too much....

Easy fix is to make up a spacer pice to over it away from the block a
little....solves that problem!
