I know from what i have heard that EIP is not the place to go.  Of course
they would say that turbo is the best bet, because they sell them!  I have
heard way too many horror stories about EIP ruining perfectly good V-dubs
and just flat out jerking people around.  I'm sure someone else on this
list will confirm this.  And i really don't see how a 6-speed can hurt
your engine anymore than a turbo would.
