Central Locking

Anyone any ideas about the sequence in which I should troubleshoot my
non-functioning central locking system?  The pump doesn't run... nothing
at all happens.  Makes me suspect that it will be the switch in the
driver's door that doesn't work.  This sound a good place to start?

Any words of wisdom welcome!
