3 point belts in the rear, anyone?

While tripping through ETKA last night I found evidence that 3-point belts
were available for the Rocco.  Does anyone out there have 3-pointers in
their back seat?  I would like to retrofit these to my '84, at least on
one side, for my son's booster seat.
