yes, that is the euro rating (not U.S. spec). ETKA does not include
North American models (unfortunately).

For example:

In europe, the 1.8 PL is rated 129hp.
In the U.S., the 1.8 PL is rated 123hp.

This is probably due to different cams and possibly exhaust.
