Scirocco Computer

  i went to the junkyard today and in my searchings i ended up grabbing
a '84 ?8v? wolfsburg computer (the car was destined for the masher in
the next week and i remeber how much it was to replace my computer on my
other car). i have an '86 8v. does anyone know if there's going to be
compatibility problems on down the line? if so, i'm not so attached to
it that i won't sell it. thanx.
