VAG CD virtual desktop - anyone??

There HAS to be someone on this list who had to download some type of
virtual desktop to be able to install and view the VAG CD if your video
car doesn't support the crazy resolution required.  There are a few of
us who really need to know what needs to be downloaded to view it. 
We've checked out www.tucows.com, but no luck.  Someone please take a
few seconds and tell us what you're using.  Thanks!
