non-rocc-Caymans+Cozumel..anyone????

hey has anyone here been to the Grand Caymans or Cozumel I am going on
a cruise next week and am looking for a little advice on what I should
do there ...are the planned cruise excursions worth taking??  and we
are really interested in snorkeling...should we do both or is one way
better than the other?
