motor mounts

I've been changing my motor mounts, the front and rear were fine but I just
can't work out the tranny side one. I presume you have to get the bracket
off that joins the mount to the gearbox but how do you get those damn bolts
out? They're too long to clear the body. Any help greatly appreciated.

BTW I'm a guitar player in the Hendrix mould (I wish!)
