RE: 8v manifold bolt pattern question:
Not really,
I have a 2.0 crossflow longblock in the garage, and I put a regular
intake manifold gasket over the intake ports of the crossflow head. The
ports have some overlap, #2  are close, #1 & #4 are about 50%
overlap. The bolt holes are in totally different places.
The ports could be matched, and you might be able to fabricate a new
attachment arrangement to match the crossflow head's bolt pattern.
It would be difficult.
