8v manifold bolt pattern question:

Are the bolt patterns the same from non-crossflow and later crossflow heads?
I ask this for the reason that I have a VERY inexpensive 8v carb manifold
on its way to me.  I wondered if it will bolt up to a later crossflow head as
well...
