Clutches

I dont know if u guys know this but SACHS has intoduced a new heavy duty
clutch for GTi's called the SACHS Power (this clutch serves 25% power
increases over standard engine outputs)
They only make 200 and 210mm clutches but i believe the majority of
rocco's use 190mm.
Is it possible to skim the flywheel of my car to fit the 200mm clutch?
