My MOMO out of round, that's what the shake is!!! Can they be fixed?

I would like to begin this with a bit of advice:

 

DON'T BUY EXPENSIVE WHEELS IF YOU'RE GOING TO LIVE IN MONTREAL!!!!!

 

MONTREAL HAS POTHOLES THE SIZE OF DUMPTRUCKS!

 

Jean-Claude, Nigel,  Burnt Boy (Paul), Pierre..... FLEE WHILE YOU CAN!

 

On a more serious note.....Some of you may remember my questions about the periodic shake in the front end of my car in the beginning of the summer! I had the shocks done, tower bearings done, alignment done, checked the cv joints, axles,motor and tranny mounts and the shake (more like a bounce) was still there! Well the culprit was found! The front dirver's side wheel is out of round! The wheel is really out of round, not bent!  Can my MOMO get straightened out? if so, at what cost, and where? I would prefer knowing of a place in eastern Canada or North East USA.
