Re: 5000 mile update and sudden problem



Sounds kinda silly, but I wonder if your air intake boot fell off the
fuel distributor. That is what was wrong the last time my GTi did that,
AND the last time somebody posted to the list that the same thing
happened to their car. Sounds like you have a rather big air leak
somewhere, so if that's not it, check other vacuum stuff...
