Lamborghini Diablo
Ferrari 550 Maranello
Any M series BMW (ya gotta love the Z3 M)
Lotus Elise
Lotus Esprit Turbo (newer ones)
Latest Generation RX-7 TT
Latest Gen 300Z TT
96-97 Porsche 911 TT
Porsche Boxster (when they give the rumored more power - 250hp I hear)
Mitsu 3000GT TT (although I would never buy one for their non-         
reliability)
Corrados
Pantera

If I had to have an American car...

C5 Vette
96-97 Camaro SS
Newer RamAir Trans-Am
New Mustang GT (they grew on me and they are much faster than the previous 
generation GT)

Ultimate Sleeper... New Beetle 1.8T modded

There are more, but that's all I can think of at the moment...
