I'm using 20W-40 oil, and the cam is the HørTechnologie "hydrosport" cam 
that autotech sells. 

I definitely noticed a big increase in oil pressure when I put in the 
pump. The old pump may have been bad, I didn't really check. Before, 
when cold, the PSI at 2K rmp was right around 60, now it is between 75 
and 90.
