If no one ever changed heads on you car, then you have solid lifters. If 
you are still uncertain, then take off the valve cover, and if you see 5 
camshaft bearing caps, then its solid, if only 4 (the #4 bearing was 
omitted on hydro heads) then it's a hydro.
