Call a VW dealer.  I can't remember exactly how much, but it was around
$10 or $15, special ordered. 

Hint:  Don't hammer hard on it to get it on the stearing column since the
column does collapse and could collapse a little.  (yep, found out the
hard way... found an easy solution after my panic attack!)
