In my exp. all poly stuff tends to ware out pretty quick,
The ones on the rear of the control are are okay, the rear 
ones form the set I put on my roc are still good, but the 
front set went bad too fast for my liking.  There is also
the Delrin (sp?) stuff, but that might be pricy.
