"Pep Boy Cowboy"!!!. . . .what a cool word.  That describes about 9/10 
of the "upgrades" that people do on thier cars in my area; no f*cking 
taste.  The big things right now are GTO blackout headlight covers and 
pukey looking wannabe Hella/Piaa $35.00 fog lamps and useless/ 
purposeless big chrome exhaust tips on shitty cars.  It makes me want 
to vomit.
