Re: FW: Suspention Q's



    I'm currently running a tokico/intrax setup that I bought used for $200. I'm
not too happy with the ride, but it handles great... I think maybe I would
prefer one or the other of the two to be bit softer. The toki's are illumina
5way, but the softer settings just aren't firm enough, and there seems to be no
perfect setting. So much for the adjustability... I think I would consider a
bilstein/stock 16v, or a bilstein/sofsport combo with my new money. I have never
ridden in a bilstein-equipped german car that I wasn't impressed by. I just
can't decide which ones I would buy...

I think I'll bring up something about this on the autox list and see what those
guys have to say. Ideally, I want something vertically compliant-firm, while
horizontally stiff as hell.
