Horn problem (was: Re: Hella Relay and Horn Problem)

I have a problem with my horn, too. Whenever I use it, the voltage drops 
to 8V or something. I can't quite remember if that happened before I 
installed my Hella low beams, but I believe the absence of a relay for 
those might be the cause for the horn dropping the voltage. Any ideas? 

By the way, it is not just the Vmeter that drops to 8V, it is the actual 
voltage of the car, as the radio gets turned off (!) momentarily when I 
press the horn because of not enough V to keep it running.
