Ok everyone.  I'm only gonna say this one more time.

To replace your stupid looking and nonfunctional "Top Hat" upper strut
bearings, get a set from a 75-77 rabbit.  These are the cone shaped ones.
They cost $5.00 at a U-Pull-It yard.  Then get a set of the polyurethane
bushings from someone like Mark or The Potterman and you'll be set for life.

I have over 150K on mine and they still look new.

Hell,  I'm gonna start collecting these things for all you bearing impaired
types.
