Yes they are awesome. .  H&R used to make neuspeed lowering springs until

found a cheaper way to make them from someone else . . 
Actualy I think the neuspeed race springs are still H&R springs . . 
Well at least they were in 98 who knows in 99 
Anyway with H&R you have spring rate choices and you can get true
progressive
springs . .  which usualy involve some coil over set up . .  but can be
pulled
off with out one. . ( one short soft spring a spacer and one long stiffer
rate
spring) most companys try pulling of progressive spring rates by winding
coils
all wierd . .  have you ever put one of those on a spring dyno. . scary
not
even close in spring rates in sets. . So go with H&R top noch stuff . .
